Description:

Enjoy nature with a ranger-led or volunteer-led guided hike, where anything from geology, history, or flora and fauna of the park will be discussed.

Come along on a guided hike to explore the many natural and historical features which make Garner State Park a true Texas gem. Our trail guide will take you on an informative adventure along the Hill Country limestone terrain overlooking the spectacular Frio Canyon.

***Please be advised that the guided trail routes are moderate to challenging.***

Friendly dogs (on a leash) are welcome! Please bring waste bags.

WHEN: 9:00am-11:30am

MEETING PLACE: The PAVILION (in the Oakmont Camping Area)

RECOMMENDED: Comfortable hiking shoes, hat, water, camera, bag for litter
