Think you know just how long our trash can stick around in the environment?

Join a park ranger to test your skills as we hike down to the West Verde Creek for a game! Along the way, we’ll pick up any trash on the trails and become conservation heroes.

• We will hike on the Bar-O Trail to reach the West Verde Creek. This is a low-lying, easy trail.
• Meet: We will meet right outside of park HQ
• What to bring: Water, hiking shoes, hats, sunscreen, and your thinking caps!
• Fees: Free with park admission. Park entrance fees are $6 per adult (13 years of age and older), free for children under 13.
• Note: Pollution Solutions is subject to cancellation due to weather. Please check weather conditions before arriving, and call headquarters the day of the hike to ask if trails are open!
